Dit is een wat persoonlijkere link die ik met anderen wil delen. Er is een periode geweest waarin ik enorm fysieke problemen had; ik kon niet meer lopen, rennen, genieten van het leven, zonder dat ik enorme pijn had in mijn onderrug (ik was toen 20 jaar). Na jaren traditionele wegen te hebben bewandeld, zoals fysiotherapie, chiropractie, en andere vormen van trainen, ben ik Functional Patterns tegen het lijf gelopen. Nadat ik hun 10 week online course, Human Foundations course, en HBS1 course heb gevolgd, had ik zo enorm veel geleerd over biomechanica van de mens, dat ik het probleem zelf op kon lossen. Zonder de ervaringen die ik op heb gedaan vanuit Functional Patterns, zou ik nu niet staan waar ik nu sta. Ik kan dit systeem niet genoeg aanraden.
